Once you’ve approved the proposal, we will send you a contract and an invoice for a 50% deposit. At this point, we will schedule in your project and confirm the deadline and deliverables.

It’s go-time… (No more flying solo)!

Our sidekick duties ramp up into full swing as we take a deep dive into your business. Our goal in this phase is to gain a thorough understanding of your position in the marketplace and your clients’ needs.

The first step is a 90-minute onboarding call where we talk through a long list of questions with you. We will also ask you for any existing customer research data or brand guidelines. Then, we will conduct our own customer and competitor analysis and keyword research.

Once we’ve collected enough data to fill a virtual warehouse (and identified your competitors’ kryptonite), we compile your Brand Messaging and Voice Strategy. This comprehensive PDF guide pinpoints your USP, brand positioning, brand vision, mission, purpose and values, brand story, and brand tone of voice.

This is what sets you apart from your competition and helps us (and your team) clearly communicate your superpower.

With a firm understanding of your superpower, and based on the data we’ve collected, we will plan and draft your copy or content in a way that’s engineered for conversion.

All copy is written and presented in a conversion-optimised wireframe that systematically obliterates objections and helps clients connect deeply with your message. This includes visual direction – integrating UX and design – to ensure your copy actually gets read.

We will give you quick updates along the way (so you’re never left guessing) and deliver your first draft as set out by the project timeline.

Your draft copy comes fully annotated with questions and comments to help you understand the “why” behind every strategic decision we’ve made and to guide your feedback.

Once we’ve received your feedback, we conduct comprehensive revisions to ensure your final draft is on-point. At this stage, you pay the remaining 50% of the project fee and we deliver the final, wireframed documents to you.
