In a 90-minute Zoom consulting session, we explore what you are hoping to achieve (e.g. brand awareness, lead generation, search engine traffic), and what drives your audience. What do they care about? What are they hoping to achieve?

Based on the above, we set some clear goals and KPIs to track and measure throughout the campaign.

Topic Selection

Once we have a clear set of goals and KPIs, we explore which topics your content should focus based on your audience’s needs.

In this step, we employ qualitative and quantitative research – including key phrase research, voice of customer research, and competitor research – to identify your audience’s pain points, interests, drivers and motivators.

This allows us to identify the core problems and interests, and relevant sub-topics, your content should focus on.
