The Client’s Vision
As a non-profit organisation, community support through donations is important for ARCC, but they weren’t seeing many donations coming in through their old website. Therefore, they sought our help to make their message clearer and to improve the engagement and conversion of site visitors.
How We Brought It To Life
During our research phase for this project we discovered that there were two main barriers that stop people from donating to a cause: Lack of trust in the organisation and lack of transparency regarding where the money will go. So, we focused our attention on removing these potential objections through clear and compelling copy on the Home and Donations pages, with a balanced mix of emotional appeal and relevant facts.
