Kieron and Jamila from Turning Point Clinic & Coaching came to us for content editing during their website revamp. As they had each written some of the content pages in their own respective tone of voice, they sought our help in implementing a consistent brand tone across their website.
How We Brought It To Life
Our first step was to read all website content and identify inconsistencies in style and tone of voice. This includes things like the use of personal pronouns, writing in first person vs third person, and using visual elements like bullet points, italics, and captialisation for emphasis. Once we had identified stylistic considerations and inconsistencies, we helped Kieron and Jamila pinpoint their preferred choices and implement these throughout the site. The result? A coherent website that provides a smooth customer journey across all pages.
