Markus from Make My Sale sought our help in copywriting the website for his innovative startup that works to connect property owners looking to sell up with their ideal real estate agent. His idea was to write two distinclty separate pages – one for property owners and one for real estate agents – to clearly convey the value proposition to each group.
First, we conducted research into the hopes, fears, motivations, triggers, likes and dislikes of each audience group, to gain a solid understanding of who we are talking to and how to best appeal to them. Once we knew our target audiences well, we used copywriting frameworks to persuasively present our client’s ideas and value propositions. We made strategic use of FAQ sections on both pages to present compelling counter-arguments to the prospects’ most common buying objections.
